CraftedSoundVibes provides professional podcast production services, including but not limited to audio recording, editing, mixing, mastering, and distribution guidance. Specific details of services, pricing, and project scope will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.
3. User Obligations
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our contact forms or engaging our services.
- You are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights and permissions for any content (audio, music, scripts, etc.) you provide to us for production.
- You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content provided by CraftedSoundVibes (e.g., website design, text, graphics, logos) is our property or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- Upon full payment for services, any final audio productions created specifically for you will be your intellectual property, subject to any third-party licenses for music or sound effects used.
5. Payment and Billing
Payment terms, including fees, invoicing, and payment schedules, will be specified in individual service agreements. All payments are due as per the agreed-upon terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CraftedSoundVibes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CraftedSoundVibes and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms; or c) any content you provide to us.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
